Not sure if the builder himself wrote the last 4 comments. The work is good, and they can work quickly, but they are so busy that people are taken off site all the time.

Also, whilst the quality of the work is good in some circumstances, in others there is poor finishing, such as the roof and the woodworking.

Finally, we are awaiting still around 12 jobs to be completed, guttering, windows and radiators etc, and have been for 3 weeks now. The job was supposed to be 6-8 weeks and we are currently on the 13th..
