"Stylish but shoddy"

I love their products, the design of makeup and the quality is very high BUT several items I have bought have faulty and shoddy packaging, once I opened a pot to find absolutely no powder inside- just an empty pot. Wrote to complain and ask for new one- no response at all. Now a blusher I bought which was loose in its pot broke- wrote to them again- again no response! Very French attitude- arrogant an unfriendly- puts me off buying their products again to be honest…
