"TOTALLY AGREE"A review of Optical Express by Mrs 4 eyes - Thursday 14th of December 2006Advertisements
Having been with what was the contact lens clinic and now Optical Express I can only add opinion. The opticians are very good but it is the back up service in particular the glasses side. 4 times they have got it wrong and what is even more dissapointing is that Head Office customer service could not care less. The Shaftesbury ave branch is really dirty. I have informed them of all of this and never had a written reply. |
