I have now dealt with Optim Facilities Limited for around a year. The expertise of the management is impressive. The staff seem to be extremely well organised and, crucially, proficient in all communications both on site and with external contractors. I would thoroughly recommend them for any on-site management - there is no job too big or too small for them. A nice, personable organisation to deal with - rare in these times.
