"The worst meal of my entire life!"

I am sorry to say that I had the worst meal of my life in this restaurant last night.
We waited twenty minutes for the first of our starters to arrive and then another ten minutes for the rest of them. The stuffed tofu was tasteless and the filling was watery. My fish dosai was enormous but was filled with a mixture of fish , mashed potato and nothing else. There was no seasoning or spices. If I had eaten the whole thing I would have left no room for a anything else.
When they eventually arrived the main courses were equally uninteresting and unseasoned.
I couldn't decide if the waitress was embarrassed or just being rude. She didn't once enquire if we were enjoying the meal and she wasn't surprised in the slightest when we complained. Without any hesitation she said that she didn't expect us to pay for anything we didn't like, although she said that nobody had ever complained before. I find that very difficult to believe.
Maybe the cook was off sick or something and there was a reasonable explanation for the food being so dreadful, but if I were you I wouldn't ever take the chance with this place. Please believe me when I write that I will never, ever set foot in this 'restaurant' ever again.
