Newly reopened in August 2008, the restaurant has earned exceptional critical acclaim, and signature dishes from the modern Mediterranean menu include the deep fried scampi with pea purée and papaya-chilli vinaigrette; the lamb chops with red pepper jam, courgette and garlic foam; and the gratinated sea bass with black pudding, potatoes, leek and violet mustard sauce.
