The first thing i would like to tell you that this site www.TravelsOr.co.uk is a division of Carlton Leisure and not an independent travel agent. if i talk about their services, i think TravelsOr is offering quite good fares to South American, Far East and Asian destinations. I don't know about other destinations, but i have booked above destinations with them and found that they have really best fares. I had already booked the ticket on their site and after 5-6 hours i got a call from their office that there is still cheaper fare than what i booked. they offered me £120.00 discount on the same airline, however the timing was not the same. But this was the first time when i booked with them. they are offering one service called "My Agent". One person in their company is acting my agent for me. Whenever i book flight with them i call my agent and confirm is there any cheaper fare as compare to what i book? lol

This is one unusual service they are offering. The only thing i don't like about this company was they asked me the documents every time i booked with them..
