Like K O’Brien’s submission, I too was surprised to have read the bad review posted about David Smith & Co.

Having been a client of Mr Smith’s for over ten years, I can only echo K O’Brien’s comments that during this time, I have only ever experienced total professionalism, delivered in a very considerate manner.

It is appreciated that misunderstandings can occur & perspectives apply, but the bad review was rather ambiguous & it’s a shame that despite the writer having such strong views, it was signed ‘anonymously’.
