"Great cuts but poor management"

I had a great hair cut from Cherie's but it took 2hours for a simple trim. I was left waiting for 30min after booking time and for a further 30min with wet hair! And when the hairdresser did cut my hair, she was seeing to two people at the same time.

I was very pleased with the cut but really unhappy with the whole experience. Wouldn't go again. .
