"Nice fabric, not quite so nice staff!"

The fabric in this shop is extremely good but I did find the staff lacking. When asked for assistance the young lady asked someone else to do it, even though she wasn't busy. It seemed that if it meant that the sales assistant had to actually walk from one end of the shop to the other it was all a bit too much to expect. This and the fact that none of the assistants that I spoke to could even raise a smile could put me off going there again. In a shop it is immensley important to make the customer feel that nothing is too much trouble. And in this respect I'm afraid that they failed dismally..
