Having put in a TV for repair and being told it needed a new replacement part which was quite expensive, I requested a copy of the receipt for the part on paying for the repairs. I was told I would not be shown a copy or get a copy of the receipt for that part and that is not the way they do things.

I should think it a reasonable request to be able to supply documented evidence of the supplier and price of the part as detailed on the repair bill. Not being able to do so certainly makes the one wonder why not??
