From the day I walked into this branch at Lewisham it was different. I felt welcome. The staff were helpful, guiding me on useful ideas and products. The service was personal and warm. I was recognised each time I went. They helped me set up a business account. I felt empowered and in control. The products were just what I needed. Other banks just didn't come close. Highly recommended and congratulations to the Branch Manager; you have a team to be proud of. Raminder M August 2011.
