"What is going on???"

Ok as a regular bus user i want to know what is going on with the 281 bus route. Why are they stopping to ejecting passengers in whitton?? Today was the same, two buses one terminating in twickenham high street and the one behind it terminating in whitton, so when I asked where the bus for hounslow was I was told that the bus driver didn't know!! Well if the drivers don't know, why don't they?? If you wanna start terminating buses then we the paying public need to know. I find this service more than most is very poor, the drivers can't be bothered and it leave me very frustrated, I'm sure I'm not the only one either. Please give your drivers the info they need to help us get around. .
