Tried two UK numbers @ emailed alitalia. Phoned @ talked to an Italian Lady in Italy but did not understand I needed to book 4 flight s, myself @ my husband were taking my 82 year old mother in law to Italy. we were staying with her for 2 week then going home my brother in law was going out for 2 weeks @ bringing my mother in law back, as she is to old to travel on her own . We had to give up the communication was to difficult..
