"Poor customer service"

A review of Currency Exchange Corporation by Mr. A. Theodore written on Thursday 26th of June 2014

Dear Sir/Madam,

It was recommend you gave the best exchange rates on foreign currency. Yesterday at approx 1730hrs I went into you're Hanover Square branch, to check to check the exchange rate to US dollars.

An Asian man from behind the counter said can he help me. I replied not right now just looking at the rates.

There was one customer only and he was being serve by a female. The male then took over from the female. I then asked the female what would I get for £800 and proceeded to check. The Asian kept staring at me and after he finish serving the customer began shouting at me he was closing. The girl was about to serve me when this erratic Asian male started again at me again saying he asked if he could help me and I refused. Now he is closing and stopped the girl from serving me.

This made me so frustrated and mad, I just walked out.

My question is do you train your staff in customer service and why was this staff member so rude.

I will not be going into any of your shops again even the local corner shops are more customer focus than this staff. .
