"Didn't Turn Up"

Alfie seemed great and friendly when booking but after he was an hour late for my parent's Ruby Anniversary party I tried contacting him and got a woman on the phone claiming that she'd found his phone in the street and another client had been calling to find out why he hadn't turned up to their do either.

Hopefully nothing awful actually happened to him, but obviously very disappointed that he just didn't turn up - we've had no phone call, no email and no way to find an explanation..
