I was offered a flat then told I could not have it, another offered totally unsuitable! .

Very disappointing not given any reasons why I could not have what I had been offered. Ladies in the office very nice though its not a very professional organisation in today's world. second place offered they were half an hour late no phone call as to let me know my daughter had driven from Essex to view this flat with me. Frustrating !
