Tolland ethos appears to be old school and very direct, no fuss, clarity and focus on what you need.

Bernard is not chasing money and deals with each person as an individual. I have been buying replacement glass from them for a couple of years, the prices are reasonable and service is outstanding.

If you are looking for a company that clearly states what they can do and when this is the company - it’s an old school business that achieves by delivering on promises.

I have total respect for Bernard and the way he has consistently dealt with me as a customer. I have never had a bad experience because Tolland is always proactive and responsive..
