Sunlight Contract Services Ltd was established in February 2002 as a privately owned limited company. It is a professionally run commercial cleaning and support services company that operates on an open book policy basis to its staff and clients alike.

Sunlight provides a flexible, well-trained and motivated workforce with a high level of management input.

The Directors of Sunlight each come with a highly successful track record in their individual fields, which included Directorships of a large and successful publicly quoted commercial cleaning company and many years of experience in the cleaning industry at all levels with a broad and varied range of clients from most sectors of industry.

They have put their skills and experience together to form a highly successful operating company, while remembering the intention is not merely to emulate previous success in the industry but to take on board and build on the professional aspects while leaving behind the old philosophies of what is a good service.

We priorities customer satisfaction above all else and our company’s ethos is that we work alongside clients and not just for them, so that it is an on-going relationship that can be adapted to suit our client’s needs.

To achieve these aims for the highest quality and professionalism we insist on rigid selection and training of only the best applicants to ensure that their cleaning standards are of the highest order. Through good training and motivation we encourage all of our staff to take ownership and responsibility for the standards they achieve, which we believe leads to higher cleaning standards.

Cleaning staff work to a specific schedule relating to the site they work on and each cleaning operative is individually taken through their cleaning schedule. We believe at Sunlight that the combination of high standards of staff training, motivation and professionalism are the foundations of our continuing success.
