"Appaling service, indifferent staff, dirty tables."

Visited the Solihull venue on Friday 14th September. Although it was almost empty, tables had not been cleared and staff were standing around, looking bored.

No attempt was made to clear our table - dirty glasses, plates and a pile of soiled wet wipes! As an exercise in customer service, we did not clear the table but waited to see how long it would take. A mistake, as even when out food arrived, no effort was made to clear the previous occupants' debris - our food was just placed in amongst the mess. At that point, we cleared the table ourselves. Our request for sauce was met with a tut and one of our meals was just left on the bar to get cold.

Not a good experience and we will not be returning in the near future - at least until things there improve..
