I have have several contracts with Dial-a-Phone and had found them very efficient dealing with redemptions - up until now that is. I have had a problem with my latest redemption claim and do you think I can get to speak to a human about it? Can I heck. When things go well they go very well but when things go bad - SCREAM ! ! !.
