piece of rock history is dying.

A Soon to be gone is the legend that was the Ruskin Arms.In Dec 08 the former birthplace of Rock Icons Iron Maiden is being turned into a surgery and flats. Gone will be my refuge and 2nd home during my youth. I dont think it ever recovered since Joe Lucy(RIP) the former landlord died.

No more trips down memory lane for me. So to S.A.A.C. The Zoo, The Tilbury Mob, Colin and his radio caroline Rockshow and all the ever friendy genuine people who frequented this shrine in its heyday it would be great to give this old mother of a venue a good send off. Anyone up for getting their head down for one last night? I will be there with snakebite in hand and ears buzzing.Rock may never die but this place will be immortal within me. One last hocus pocus by focus.
