"They never answer the telephone"

Once again I have been sat at the end of a ringing line with no answer. Brocklebank seem to have nobody manning the phones after about 9.30am. All day!!

There also doesn't appear to be the facility to book an appointment for the following day - even if all the slots for the day you call are gone! (Assuming you get through at all, that is).
