London Comedy

Comedy is certainly a growth area in terms of London nightlife. Or rather, stand-up comedy. The prospect of heavy drinking and heavy heckling has proved an appetising cocktail for Londoners ever since the Comedy store opened its doors back in the late seventies. Since then several venues have been set up to capitalise on the trend, and an increasing number of pubs host a regular comedy night each week.
