Rambert -- A Linha Curva and other works

A new work from Australian dance maker Lucy Guerin, Tomorrow, follows on from her collaboration with Carrie Cracknell on Macbeth for the Young Vic, with original music by electronica artist Scanner. Shobana Jeyasinghs enigmatic Terra Incognita, propelled by Gabriel Prokofievs driving score, evokes the yearning for the unknown that inspired ancient sea-farers. The riotous A Linha Curva by Itzik Galili is Ramberts party piece: a colourful, sexy, percussion-fuelled explosion of samba-flavoured dance that was last seen in 2010, when it helped Rambert win the Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement in Dance for a year of new work.
