Starter

- Farfalle with grilled aubergine, olives, basil and a rich Italian tomato sauce
- Crepes filled with artichokes, baby spinach, leeks and Gruyère accompanied with a light tomato salsa
- Goats cheese and caramelized onion tart with a hazelnut crust and watercress pesto
- Oriental vegetable kebabs - cherry tomatoes, courgettes, onion, tofu and red peppers with pilaf of rice, and cashew and coriander sauce
- Thai vegetable curry - butternut pumpkin, mange tout, tofu and coconut milk, lemon grass, Thai basil, lime leaves with fragrant
jasmine rice
