Roast Shank of Gammon with Spiced Honey Glaze on Thai Basil Spinach is a popular choice, as is the individual Baked Fillet of Beef Wellington. The menus are changed on a monthly basis to make sure you are served dishes whipped up with the best ingredients of the season.
