Hawksmoor steakhouse and cocktail bar serves the best meat and drink in London.
All the meat comes from The Ginger Pig, Observer Food Monthly Producer of the Year, and is lovingly reared in North Yorkshire. Dictionary thick steaks from 28 day hung Longhorn cattle, pork chops from big happy Tamworths, racks of lamb from a flock of Swaledales grazed on heather moorland, all simply cooked on a real charcoal grill.
For the cocktail list they’ve scoured their library of long out of print cocktail books. They’ve resurrected some great long lost classics and have added some of their own, invented by their award-winning bartenders. All of which is complimented by a fantastic wine list.
