The galleries each have their own unique style, Making of the Modern World which chronicles innovations such as Stephenson's Rocket and Apollo 11; Welcome Wing dedicated to the future and modern science including Mika Hakkinen's echnology filled McLaren Mercedes F1 car; The Flight Gallery traces the development of aviation and guests can dine under Amy Johnson's Gipsy Moth or Alcock and Brown's Vicker's Vimy; The Energy Hall transports you to a bygone era.
There is always the opportunity for larger dinner numbers for up to 700 people split over two galleries.
