Equipped with an in-house charcoal grill and wood fired oven, dishes such as charcoal grilled skate with capers, lemon and pine nuts and veal t-bone with olive mash radiate Mediterranean sunshine, whereas slow roasted Norfolk black pig with savoy cabbage and roasted quince is as comforting as a down blanket. Desserts such as bitter chocolate tart with milk ice cream and the weekend special of seafood and chicken paella should not be missed.
