Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester

About Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester

Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester represents a new approach to fine dining. Every aspect of the restaurant pushes new boundaries, from the cuisine to the interior design, to the wine service and tableware. Professionalism and attention to detail are always paramount, but there is a new aura of whimsy and pleasure as well. The spectacular, elegant interior - by Patrick Jouin - and breathtaking dining experience has enchanted London's foodies. An ideal and affordable way to sample the contemporary French cuisine is with the set lunch menu, highlighting seasonal products. Three courses for £35 offers favourite dishes such as langoustine ravioli with shellfish in a ginger-lemongrass and smoked tea consommé, Heart of Black Angus rump steak studded with bacon, "boulangére" potatoes, and Chocolate-coffee pleasure. You will also discover the stunning "Table Lumière", a striking private room for six people only, surrounded by a luminescent curtain. With its own surprise menu, it is the new 'must-try' dining experience!
