The Secret Garden' at 'the room' by the river' is a professionally designed and landscaped garden hideaway, surrounded with elegance and glamour. This unique space is created for a limitedperiod only during summer 2008. Located on the vibrant south Bank this easily accessible location will once again be one of London's most desirable conference and party event venues - and of course totally exclusive.

- Gazpacho jelly, curried courgette, caviar, cucumber crunch
- Grilled vine tomato, mozzarella, baby gem & balsamic caramel dressing
- Glazed goats cheese & beetroot with herb salad and beetroot dressing
- Trio of: griddled roasted butternut squash; sweet potato soup; ricotta dumplings
- Asparagus, shitake mushroom terrine, rocket salad with red pepper jus

- Breast of guinea fowl with sun-dried tomato, paprika cream sauce served on bed of leek & thyme mashed potato
- Slow roasted duck on oriental greens with sloe gin & berry sauce
