Fulham Town Hall has been faithfully restored to its original Edwardian magnificence. Everywhere you look, from the treble domed, vaulted ceiling and carved oak doors to the stained glass panels in the windows and marble painted columns, the hall is a true evocation of how it must have looked when built in 1905. Reached by a double marble staircase, with mosaic detail on each landing. Period chandeliers hang from the vaulted ceiling and its delicately moulded arches are finished with gold leaf detail. The proscenium stage at one end features new curtains, stage lighting and a grand piano. There is a bar adjacent to the hall.

- Herb crusted carpaccio of beef with Parmigiano-Reggiono, rocket and lemon aioli
- Leek and Cornish Yarg tartlet with wild winter greens and homemade green tomato relish
- Trio of salmon: vodka & dill house made salmon gravlax, salmon tartare and Tobermorey smoked salmon
- Winter organic vegetable soup with salsify, pecorino and a herb infused olive oil
- Ham hock terrine with homemade piccalilli, blood plums and beetroot chard

Main Course

- Traditional roast turkey (trussed breast with walnut, rosemary & sour dough stuffing. Served with winter root vegetables & spiced cranberries)
- Five-hour braised shin of Hereford beef with Burgandy, wild mushrooms and champ potato
- Roast salmon fillet on parsnip puree, wok tossed spinach, caramelised pearl onions and garlic with a tarragon jus
- 'Osso bucco', s low cooked lamb shanks with rosemary, gnocchi and gremolata
- Duck confit cooked in Grand Marnier and orange with dauphinoise potatoes, baby leeks and broad beans
- Layers of organic pasta with roasted squash varietals, a rich Napoli, melted baby tomatoes and fresh basil


- Rich chocolate and chestnut parfait with roasted quince and chestnut mascarpone
- Individual pavlovas with poached winter fruits and cinnamon cream
- Christmas pudding and nougat semi freddo with Kirsch and black cherry syrup
- Rhubarb fool with amaretti biscotti and dusted with gold dust
- Upside down caramelised pear and gingerbread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream
