Ladies and gentlemen, the Shack is back. After nearly a decade, The Chicago Rib Shack has relocated just a stone's throw from its original Knightsbridge location, bringing with it all the joys proper American barbeque. Like its predecessor, ribs, chicken and meat continue to be slow-smoked over Applewood chips in specially imported ovens. Knowing that happy pigs make happy ribs, Chicago Rib Shack also sources their meat from English animals living on free range farms wherever possible. Rounding out the menu are the wildly popular Shack favourites from 25 years ago; a crispy onion loaf and creamy, cooling coleslaw. Don't miss what could be the most authentic wings in London, as well as an extensive selection of American whiskys.
