Veronica’s

About Veronica’s

Veronica’s is unique. Where other restaurants boast, quite rightly, of their modern British menus, Veronica’s menu roams through time for its inspiration, lifting dishes from British kitchens of the last seven hundred years. The basic menu is modern global, with favourites like the house speciality of beef fillet smoked between planks of English oak and timeless classics like treacle pudding. But then there are the changing special dishes, gleaned from eras ranging from ye olde middle ages through the last war, all served up in a cosy colonial-touched dining room. This is a particularly great destination to bring out-of-town guests, but locals and businessmen also have made it a regular haunt.
