I ate here with my husband and 5 yr. old daughter in May 2005 after walking by several times on Great Portland on our way from our hotel to the tube station. The food is Turkish, which we had never tried before but is similar to Greek. The service was good & staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet (we ate quite early in the evening) We tried both chicken and lamb entrees and all were very flavorful and excellent - even for an American 5-year-old who normally lives on macaroni and cheese and peanut butter sandwiches. The food is priced a la carte which makes it a bit expensive but the nice thing about that was we ordered several things and shared them so we got to try different flavors. There are both mild and spicy choices. Since coming home, we've been looking all over for a Turkish restaurant but they are few & far between in Minneapolis, MN. All in all it was a good experience & we highly recommend the place.
