"Friendly Service but unprofessional"

Bought a kitchen recently - good service, friendly etc - was not given any choice on type of payment - either pay today or take out a credit sale agreement at 0 % - reluctantly took out the agreement then tried to pay but 'computer says no' Delivery not til late march - I know all the rules re agreements but no customer focus here - all business focus. Come on Wickes, move with the times There is such a thing as transfering money you know. Dissappointed now and have saved the money up for years, just could not get to it at time of purchase,.... Now skint, fed up and teetering on cancelling whole order..
