Late last year saw the sad death of its founder and Managing Director Peter Lloyd, however, two of Peter's long term associates Dale Minton and Alan Lewis are now the new owners and Directors of the company. The two collegues had worked alongside Peter for many years. Dale's been responsible for their sales and marketing for over 20 years whilst Alan has been the company's contracts manager for 16. After his death the responsibility of the business was temporarily administered by Peter's trustees, however, the opportunity arose to buy the business, and with their experience and expetise they were the obvious and most favoured choice to approach.
