"Call will b answered after a looooonggg time"

My ears are sore now for calling you and hear nothing but continuous ringing.after 4 ringing tone you will hear a man who does not even sound pinoy say your call will be answered shortly.what does shortly mean to iremit ?SHORTLY means according to oxford dictionary after a shoooooorrrrrttttt time not loooooooooooonnnggg time.it gets really frustrating especially just after sending your hard earned money no one answers your call,ano nagsara na ba kayo? PLS at least have the decency to let your customers know if you are getting bankrupt.well i would not be surprise if this is the way you conduct your business and the way you treat your customers.sette
