Working in a team is very important. Teamwork enhances customer satisfaction. Being able to work together with co-workers to solve a customer's dilemma or simply assisting the customer in finding an item. If teamwork is the current actions, things will get done neatly and most likely in a timely manner.

Teamwork shows that the store has structural integrity and professionalism and that we are able to assist with any problem that may come our way, or at least develop the steps working together to solve a problem.
