"Simple but nice"
A review of Continental Hotel by Anica - Tuesday 26th of January 2010
We were 4 persons sharing a room with shower, its been better than id expected for that price (£87/night including breakfast).
the staff has been really friendly and helpful, the breakfast offer was coffee, toast and jam (you can eat it). i didnt see any cockroaches, fleas, flies or mold anywhere)
if you intend to spend your holiday outside the hotel, its just a great choice (walk to paddington station 3 mins, bus stop st marys hospital bus station 1 min, oxford street for shopping and further bus and underground station 10 mins). by the way: buses 27/15/23 (paddington to chalk farm/ blackwall/ liverpool street) go via saint marys hospital all night long.
if you go there, please say greetings to ali (one of the front desk guys) from the stupid german girl with the biker jacket :) and tell him i got home safe (thx)
