"Disappointing experience"

I VISITED YOUR RESTURANT IN ST ALBANS TO-DAY WAS INTENDING TO HAVE MCDONALDS BUT THE RESTURANT HAD MOVED PREMISES, SO HAD NO ALTERNATIVE, THE KIDS MEALS WERE NOT TO A GOOD STANDARD, WAITED ALONG TIME TO BE SERVED AND FELT THE RESTURANT WAS IN NEED OF A VERY GOOD CLEAN, AS THERE WAS NO FRESHNESS ABOUT THE EATING AREA, AND WILL NEVER VISIT A BURGERKING AGAIN.

THERE WAS NO HAPPYMEAL FOR A CHILD FOR £2.19 LIKE IN MCDONALDS, AND WAS DISSATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE..
