"THE STAFF AND RESIDENTS ARE SPECIAL"

A review of Autism (London) by Arthensia Flanders - Thursday 1st of February 2007

My review will be very much from a personal point as I have known the staff and residents at Salisbury Road for some time.

I just want to say that the staff are very dedicated in their work in caring of the residents and should be noted for their work. There is a lot involved in the residents day-to-day care as they are unable to fully take care of their own everyday needs.

Training is a must in aspects of their job, administration, communicating with parents/next of kin of any changes up and coming for the organisation and residents and without omission finance or funding in order to keep such an exceptional accomodation functioning.

You dont have to know someone with autism to care.
