"Why not answer the phone?"

I am looking to install a new kitchen with a substantial budget. I would like to give the job to a local Company and have noticed Master Craftsmen shop for some time. BUT - do they want any Business? I have tried phoning all day today, there is no answer, no message and no facility to leave a message. So much for trying to support local Business. If they have closed down, why not disconnect the phone - or if they are still in Business, have a call divert service or answering service..
