"IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT BY PHONE"

I live in Egypt & when visiting family in UK always fly Egyptair. I really like this airline,It is roomy, cabin crew are always plesant, nice airline to fly with. HOWEVER, they are almost impossible to contact in UK. Phones ringing out and not answered. I have been trying to find details of shipping cargo, I cannot get a reply from anyone. Egyptair call center in Cairo replied to an email but gave me a different email address, also in Cairo, for cargo inquiries, I have emailled 3 times & received no reply. I have been trying to call both numbers listed for Egyptair in London, one being in LHR & the other in Regent street London but no replies from either number. I only have 3 weeks now before I fly back & am at a loss to know what to do or how to contact them. .
