"Always late"

I have used them a few times because it is very hard to get a reliable plumber these days. Service varies depending on whom they send and there has been problems with some of their work (which they rectified to be fair) on simpler things. They are never on time (is that all plumbers?!) and have been extremely late for a “1st appointment”. Overall they are okay as an emergency plumber when they turn up but I wouldn’t recommend them to someone based on what I have seen so far. Am planning on using someone else next time who has been recommended..
