"My daughter loves her new haircut"

My 9 year old daughter wanted her long hair cut but was nervous because she had only ever had an inch or two trimmed off by me at home and didn't want it too short. Lauren was great with her, made her feel very comfortable, and did a lovely job. Clio is delighted with her layered, shoulder-length style which she thinks is very grown up!.
