"At Stamp nobody cancels appointments for just 5 minutes!!"

Honestly we never let customers walk away for being 5 minutes late, we value our custmers more than that.

We rarely cancel appointments and when we do it, it is because the delay is such that is going to affect the other customers who are booked one after another.

After all, if I am on time for my appointment and my stylist is 20/30 mins late because someone else didn't turn up on time I wouldn't like it and I might walk away.

Also, let's bear in mind that hairdressers are not working machines, they're people too, and it is not always possible for them to catch up with their timekeeping if clients come too late.

We have got 3 clocks in the salon and I can assure we have a good look at them before making such a decision and when we have to, it is never for just 5 minutes.

Furthermore there's a long list of clients who can confirm that despite being often 5 or more minutes late were never sent away.
