Having a bit of a nightmare trying to contact them.

They dont answer there phone or it is constantly engaged...i know they want to encourage personal callers but it is so annoying when you want to ask where your business mail has been for the last 3 weeks. No proper email address for them...the fax no listed in unobtainable.....If you ring the mail Royal Mail site...well dont get me started....you go through to several menus....you think after shouting your postcode down the phone that they will give you full contacts of your local sorting office but they give you address only......Its just not good enough..
