"Waiting on line for an hour"

It takes forever to get in touch with someone at this court. It does not matter what time you call or what day you call. on average it has takebn me half an hour to get through to anyone. Yes, you just stay on line waiting all tha time. and there is not even a prompt to let you know your possition in line..
